We are Guildford Astronomical Society a not-for-profit membership society whose aim is to meet and share the enjoyment of the night sky and the excitement of astronomy.

(a) Your consent. You are able to remove your consent at any time and leave the Society. You can do this by contacting either the Webmaster or Membership Secretary at

Most of the personal information we process is provided to us directly by you when you join the Society for one of the following reasons:
· To allow us to contact you & send details of our meetings, observing and outreach events.
We do not share this information with any other company or body.

(a) Your consent. You are able to remove your consent at any time and leave the Society. You can do this by contacting either the Webmaster or Membership Secretary at

Your information is securely stored by Membermojo.
We keep your personal details as noted above for as long as you are a member of the Society. We will then dispose your information by deleting it from the Membermojo database.

Your right to rectification – You have the right to ask us to rectify personal information you think is inaccurate. You also have the right to ask us to complete information you think is incomplete.
