Our event was held at Newlands Corner on Saturday 21st October.
Rachel and volunteers had set up a Moon Museum with video and posters.
Some members had set up small scopes & binoculars in the entrance to the Discovery Centre in order to demonstrate their use, or possibly observe the Moon !
As night fell the rain did abate, but the clouds stayed put !
In a clearing we did get to see the Andromeda Galaxy.
